We provide very comfortable pedal-forward hybrid/cruiser bicycles. You can select either step-thru or standard frame styles.

DELIVERY​

If you need pickup OR delivery (or both), you can select your options during checkout. We charge a graduated rate for EACH TRIP based on how far you are from 9102 Bonita Beach Rd SE.

The customer is responsible for correctly calculating the mileage from the pickup/dropoff location and the above address using Google Maps and the shortest available distance, disregarding traffic. You should do this now before entering the booking flow.

​

Please be sure to accurately reflect your delivery charges. The system will automatically cancel and charge the full $15 deposit for any reservations with an incorrect mileage estimate.

ALL deliveries and pickups are made in the window between 11 AM and 3 PM, 7 days a week. For pickups, the bike must be ready and availble during those hours. For delivery, you must either call us into the gate or email us with specific instructions on where to leave the bicycles.

We provide FREE LOCKS for you to instruct us where to leave the bicycles to make it easier for you. The customer is NOT responsible for theft during 1) the window after we send pictures of the bicycles after we deliver them to your specified location and when you retrieve them (must be before 8 pm) and 2) after the customer sends us pictures of the bicycles safely locked and ready for pickup at the pre-established pickup location.​​​

You will receive text message updates from our delivery app with pictures and lock codes. You may respond if we ask a question, but typically we do not monitor the feed. Please email for any questions or call our shop if an urgent matter arises.

5-10 Miles: $40
10-15 Miles: $60

PICKUP

In-store pickup hours are between 11 am and 4 pm, 7 days a week

We provide free locks -- if you have a situation where you may not make it back in time, we are flexible and allow you to lock the bike to the bike rack in front of the shop after-hours. You will be required to send a picture message showing the bike safely locked.  â€‹

Some Notes for our Customer

  • Rental customers are responsible for mechanical breakdowns and theft. We provide a roadside assistance option for $10 at checkout per bike. This covers picking up the bike wherever it may be should something occur. Otherwise, the customer will be charged a $50 pickup fee. For either incident, we will fix the bike and return it to you under the pre-agreed charge. We will also credit you for any time lost due to the incident.

  • You must sign a full liability waiver releasing Bonita Bikes LLC from liability for accident and personal injury while using our rental products. The waiver will be emailed to you upon booking, and you can either 1) choose to accept liability for all bicycles rented under your name or 2) transfer the liability waivers to other members of your party (an easy option we provide in the confirmation email). All bookings without at least 1 (one) signed liability waiver will be canceled the day of the booking WITHOUT A REFUND.

  • We strongly advise you select helmets at checkout for safety! We provide them for $2/helmet so that you can be safe.

  • Florida law stipulates bicycle riders must have front and rear lights between the hours of dusk and dawn. We provide a cheap option for this at checkout if you desire.
