Bike Rentals

Unless you have a specific reason for calling such as damage or other unforeseen incidents, we do not accept phone calls for rental bookings, thank you.

Bonita Bikes currently cannot offer pickup or dropoff service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Worried about flat tires? Do not worry, we have installed Tannus Armour in your tires so you can vacation worry-free!

DAMAGE POLICY: we will make an assessment when you return and report any incidents or damage, and reserve the right to examine the bicycles to find unreported damage. We are not here to take more money from you, only to protect our investment. We will immediately reach out to you if any impending financial considerations due to damage are suspected.

RETURN POLICY: if the bicycle is not returned to Bonita Bikes within two (2) calendar days of the return date, and an agreement has not been arranged with us to work with you for a speedy return, the customer is legally responsible for the purchase of a new comparable bike. These conditions are laid out and agreed upon by the customer in the liability waiver received at checkout.

LIABILITY WAIVER: at checkout, you will be emailed a liability waiver, which you do not have the option so physically sign. You are implicitly accepting all conditions of the waiver upon payment for our services. If you would like to review the waiver first, please view our pedal bike waiver or our electric bike waiver. This waiver is non-negotiable in order to rent our products.

HELMETS!: we highly recommend proper usage of helmets. We provide fully sanitized helmets free of charge for your safety.
